I did electricity bill payment through bill desk for MESCOM via google pay on 4th May 2024 at 10:35 am. The amount of 15221/- was debited from my account but the webpage remained un responsive and the payment status never reflected in the website.
The amount debited in the first attempt is not successful and hence it unnecessarily lies with BillDesk.
Kindly refund me my money back that I paid via. google pay at the earliest.
The google pay payment receipt has been attached with the complaint.
Its been two days without receiving any refund nor is the Billdesk site accepting any complaint due to which I have been forced to initiate a complaint on this forum. Please refund the amount at the earliest.
