Billdesk — Payment made to royal global university guwahati

On 29.08.2021, I have made a payment of Rs. 1, 01, 500 from my Rupay Card to Royal Global University, Guwahati through you vide Transaction ID- S75705573. Even though this said amount is debited from my Union Bank account, but the same is not credited into the account of RGU, Guwahati. As such, please inform me the status of the said payment that is made.
