Billdesk — payment made twice

I paid my XAT fees through BillDesk. Right after submitting the OTP, the screen became blank. I have not closed the page. I do not know if the payment has been made. If the payment has been made, I have not been given a confirmation. The same happened with the SNAP fees and it has been paid twice and the excess amount of Rs. 1750 has not yet been received back.
