My name is manjit. On 31 aug 19 i made a payment of rs. 4861/- against my hsbc credit card no [protected] through bill desk. Payment deducted from my sbi a/c no [protected] and received a message for successful payment but transaction not reflected against my card till now. Last date for my payment to credit card is 07/09/2019 and i already made a payment before one week.

Updated by manjit attri One Call received from [protected] saying that he is calling from bill desk complaints. He asked me for my debit card no and expiry date of Card by saying that amount to be refunded to Card only, I provided him these info but I refused him to provide CVV no due to security reasons. As my payment has been deducted through net banking then why it is to be rfunded to card.please guide me regarding this.
