Date:02/10/2017 Sir, I have paid electricity bill (Apspdcl) rs.287.70/- for service no:[protected] Amount debited from my sbi account (Sbi account number [protected]) (Transaction number: sbipg ju[protected]spdcl mumbai) i received this message "sorry! We are unable to process your transaction. Please contact us at [protected]@billdesk.com for any queries" Even the money was debited from my account It is still showing my bill as unpaid. I am attaching screenshot of my online sbi transaction If payment is not made i request for full refund from billdesk. Kindly give reply as soon as possible. With regards, Y. Oct 3, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved i sent an email to [email protected] on 02/10/2017 describing problem to them and the next day they credited my bank account with failed transaction amount. i also sent an email to [email protected]. now i am happy that my problem got resolved with in one day. BillDesk customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |
