Hi billdesk, I made this transaction to pay vodafone bill and got following message from icici bank which includes transaction number. You have made an online payment of inr 900.0 with transaction id [protected] towards payee bill desk from your account xxxxxxxx5181 on aug, 01, 2019 at 18:33 hours. After money deduction bill desk website came back with Reason: sorry. We were unable to process your transaction. We apologise for the inconvenience and request you to try again later. Pl.
