My name is yogita. I have made the payment of my hdfc credit card of Rs. 41, 829/- from ICICI Netbanking through billdesk on 11/01/2019. The amount was debited from ICICI account but not updated in Hdfc credit card app. I had words with Hdfc credit card customer care regarding payment on 14/01/2019 but they told me that the payment has not received yet. I am trying to call billdesk helpline number again and again but nobody is responding. I am very disappointed with billdesk customer service. I will never use billdesk service in future.
