Billdesk — Payment not reflecting on Howrah Municipal Corporation website

Sir/Madam,

I have made the payment for Property Tax for the 1st and 2nd quarter, bill no. 10482204 and 10482205 on 22.08.2020 vide your e-receipt no. ONL/INT/0000278/20-21 and ONL/INT/0000292/20-21 total amount Rs. 640/- which was before the due date of the respective bills. When I tried to make payment for the 3rd and 4th quarter before the due date I saw that the system did not accept the payment because the previous quarter payments have not been updated in the system. In this regard I made a complaint in your Grievance Cell vide your Ticket No. HMC/GRS/179 dated 27.02.2021 for updating the payment but where I steel looking as " work in progress" and pending with "GRS HOD". Hence I request kindly update the paid payment in the system so that I can Pay subsequent pending bill as soon as possible
