Billdesk — payment of credit card of rbl bank by rbl app via billdesk not received acknowledge ment money deducted

I made a payment of my rbl credit card on 1st may by rbl app via billdesk money is deducted from bank account of bank of baroda but i will not get any success /failure acknowledgement i will not receive any transection no or any sms mail for my payment but money is deducted from bank

I made my rbl card payment through rbl app via billdesk payment is debited from bank of baroda debit card of rs. 22859.29 i will not get any conformation of payment success/failure
