Billdesk — Payment to icmai registration

I made payment of 4000 to cma foundation registration not done. But amount deducted from sbi account. I not get the refund. Please refund fastly

I made payment for examination fess i.e 1200 of cma foundation through through bill desk it was showing that payment not done but it already deducted from my bank account
Please refund my amount as soon as possible
