Billdesk — Payment unsuccessful refund not done

Hi billdesk, Yesterday on 7.4.2017 at 17:27 I tried to recharge my jio number thorough paytm wallet the amount was Rs 303 but the recharge was unsuccessful and on top of that amount was deducted. So I would be greatful if you refund my money in my wallet. My BILLDESK util order#IPT[protected] and wallet order id:[protected]. I would request you to resolve the case as soon as possible and refund the money.
