Billdesk — pbe10002 error

I am trying to make an online transaction but it is giving some error again and again. The err code is 'pbe10002'. I tried through 2 different pnb accounts, the err is same. Plz suggest a suitable solution.
All the details are correct. I checked 5-6 times. Still giving the same err.
Is it specfic to pnb or does it give the same error for other banks?
