          My name is Mr Sarjerao Maruti Yadav and I made online payment Rs 1623 with BillDesk to LIC through HDCF Credit Card Dated 16/05/2017 and Card No is[protected] and transaction was successful but at the same day Rs 1623 Bill paid by HDFC CREDIT CARD BILL PAY service. I made double payment to LIC and BillDesk payment is not showing in LIC'S record only showing
          CREDIT CARD BILL PAY service entry, your payment was not received to LIC and not refunded my credit card account, then where
          Is gone my Rs 1623 payment.

          If amount was not forwarded to LIC then it should revert back to my card account but it is not happened yet, where is gone my amount?

                    i was doing a online shopping on 16/05/14 on shopclue site.. at payment gateway transaction failed, however, amount of Rs 849 was deducted twice from my account. i contacted Billdesk on 22nd, was informed to send email to [protected]@billdesk.com with info.. i have done the same, and waited until 26/05/14 for response. now on 26/05/14 when i call again i am again asked to send another email with details and was wait for 24Working Hours(i.e., 3Business Days).                                 I had gone through mobile recharge through the site https://www.tatadocomo.com/online-recharge.aspx?stvRiValue=3775&stvA... using PNB net banking. Amount is deducted from my account but recharge not completed. Recharge failed.
                                It happens with me three times with three different transactions. I am sending full details of all these three failed recharges. I am attaching the screen shots of these three transactions.
                                Please refund my money as earliest as possible.
