My amount 79490 deducted from my account during college fees payment but not got transaction ID .showed up an error msg..it was on 29/07/2019 please help on this...its emergency

Yesterday I made a transaction to pay my college Hostel fee. The amount of Rs. 7517 got debited from my account but on the webpage it showed that my transaction cannot be processed. So I need your help. I am attaching the statement saying that the amount has been deducted from my account. I request you to get my money refunded back.

amount is still not credited to the Axis bank credit card
Hi billdest team, I paid 40k payment just now and I got error with the attached msg. From my ICICI bank full payment deducted so request to return payment in my ICICI bank or transfer to rbl credit card.
