Billdesk — Recharge amount not reflected on my jio number

I have recharged my jio number for rs.309 through billdeskutil by paytm but i have not got the amount on number. But amount has been deducted from my paytm wallet. Plz tell whether it will be refunded in paytm or it will get recharged after sometimes. Plz help me out in this. thankyou
