Billdesk — Recharge is not done on my jio no...

Hello sir.I m Sandhya.I had done a recharge of 309 on my jio no on 13th april8.51pm from my Paytm wallet.But it sad, my balance deducted from my Paytm wallet but I don't get any type of conformation mail or message about recharge.The same thing was happened to me on 7th April when I recharge my jio no with a amount of303.But thanks to u for refunding that amount to my Paytm wallet.Anyway my wallet txn Id is----[protected].And the billDESKutil order is---#IPT[protected] at 8.51pm on 13 April..Plz sir solve my problem as soon as possible.
