Billdesk — Recharge not done but Money deducted from Axis Credit Card account

Hello Sir/Madam I have send more than 3 mails to [protected]@billdesk.com, [protected]@billdesk.com regarding my Transaction failure but still not get response from them. I made transaction to recharge BSNL Mobile number [protected] with Rs. 135 on 13th April 2015, 10:23 AM from BSNL Website (https://portal.bsnl.in/rc/aspxfiles/instaRecharge.aspx). Money has been deducted from my Axis bank credit card account ([protected]) and not get recharge due to transaction fail. My Transaction ID Is[protected]. Please return the amount to the account as soon as possible Feel free to contact us :- [protected]@gmail.com
