Billdesk — recharge unsuccessful got error at billdesk and amount was debited from the account | |
Hi team, This is very ridiculous situation. I was recharging at my jio number : [protected] of rs 349 and i did the payment amount got debited from my account and at the bill desk i got the error. Reason : sorry. We were unable to process your transaction. We apologies for the inconvenience and request you to try again later Recharge was unsuccessful. So please let me know what should i do in this case because recharge is not done and amount is debited and its almost 3 days amount is not refunded back and the error occurred at bill desk. I think this is the problem with the bill desk. So pls look into the issue and provide me proper solution. Was this information helpful? | |

Mylic policyno[protected]primiyam amount 4732 ihave paid sbi net banking on9/2/2018 via billdesk but lic have not received payment and also my bank acoount didckted amount stil to day ihave no received lic receipt so please do need fully
