Billdesk — Refund for not initiated my amount in application form

I did made a transaction on aiims nursing entrance examination where it redirect to bill desk for further payment for submitting my fees of 1500rs
My amount get decided and my bank statement showing the successfully transaction status but my application form fees is not initiated in portal of aiims
I made transaction through paytm upi where i have upi references number so please make a look into it because i could proceed forward my application without submitting fees
My userid for aiims nursing portal is U[protected]
And upi references number is[protected]
