[Resolved] Billdesk — Refund request for unsuccessful transaction for SBI CC Payment | |||
Hi Last night I was trying to pay my SBI credit card bill of Rs 4500 from SBI debit card using SBI paynet service via Billdesk. After making payment, while returning back from the payment gateway to the Transaction confirmation page, the session seemed to be expired and a message appeared on the page saying "No Data Received". And after that I got a message from my bank that "Thank you for using your SBI debit card 622XX0832 for a purchase worth Rs4500 on POS [protected] at Billdesk.com_Billpay txn#[protected]" at 11.59pm on[protected]. I request you to please check this ASAP and revert my money back to my account Was this information helpful? | |||
