[Resolved] Billdesk — Refund the amount for setc booking

I am ramkumar from devakottai. yesterday i do the setc online booking fom devakottai to chennai through your billdesk payment gateway. But the money payment suceesful, but the ticket seat should not be printed, kindly refund my amount. my transaction details are BILLDESK-MINB[protected]/TNSTCLTD/thru net banking ref:[protected] on 30/07/14 at 12:58. kindly do the needful help and refund my amount.

Iam Nagaganeshwar from Trichy today (21/03/2022) i booked a AC sleeper seater from Trichy to Chennai for 23.30 bus time. i made a payment through billdesk payment gateway by scanning QR code in Gpay. Amount paid but ticket not booked. i will attach the proof details below for both gpay and billdesk payment portal. kindly do the needful and refund my money.

I am Michael Alex, I have booked 3 tickets on SETC on 09/08/2022 and completed payment through Gpay with total amount as 1580 . Amount got deducted and booking transaction failed . Could you please refund the debited amount?
