Billdesk — Request for Revision/Refund of Duplicate EMI Payment Transactions

I attempted to make an EMI payment for my Kotak Mahindra Bank vehicle loan through net banking. During the transaction process, the webpage went blank and I did not receive any debit SMS or confirmation email from the bank. Assuming the transaction was not completed, I attempted the payment consecutively three times for an amount of ₹2, 628.28 each.

Later, I realized that multiple transactions may have been processed. I therefore request you to kindly review and revise the following transactions on a fortnight basis:
