Billdesk — rs 10000 amount deducted from my bank but not reflect or refunded from coinome

I did a transaction from coinome portal for rs 10000 on jan 13th. The amount got debited from my account, but not added to the coinome account. I have tried dropping multiple remainder to coinome support mail id and tried chatting with coinome chat bot. But no reply / update from the support team. Please investigate and provide an update.
