I have used 'bill desk' services to pay the electricity bill of MSEDCL (maharashtra state electricity distribution company ltd. ) as on 10042017
10:19:39 But yet payment has not been received to MSEDCL from bill desk payments, while amount had been deduced from bank account and transaction status shows successful. I therefore request to you kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible.
