Billdesk — sbpdcl unsuccessful bill payment

No - sb[protected], i pay a bill of ₹734 through billdesk of sbpdcl the amount is deduct from my account but payment is not done.in billdesk site it show that payment is done successfully but on my sbpdcl site the payment is not shown and the amount is deduct from my account. My ca no - [protected], invoice no[protected]. Please fix it asap
