I am jio customer using postpaid connection. My jio number is [protected], I am an prime member who have taken plan of 303 traffic plan. Since in app it was given for postpaid we need to provide 400 has security deposit, I did the same . I paid it via my jio app, payment mode with Paytm app. I received successfully recharge to billdeskutil order# IPT[protected] with wallet transaction# [protected]. But no update of the transaction of whether I have received jio summer surprise either in my jio app or any message from jio. Customer support is not responding. Was this information helpful? | |||||
