[Resolved]  Billdesk — Tata Sky payment refund

I had recharged my Tata Sky account with Rs 500/- on 01-July-2020 through scan and pay QR Code using UPI id billdeskbqr.[protected]@hdfcbank. I received a confirmation for the same. But my Tata Sky account was not credited. Till date the amount is not credited to my Tata Sky account. Request you to refund me back the Rs 500/- which was deducted from my bank account. Transaction ID is[protected] dated 01-July-2020 for Rs 500/- please refund me the same.
