Billdesk — the amount debited from my bank a/c but esic payment receipt not received

I have paid ESIC contribution an amount of Rs. 17, 220.00 on 15.06.2019 from Corporation bank of India net banking, the amount debited from my bank a/c without any receipt. As ESIC last payment date is 15.06.2019 it is really very urgent So, you are requested to kindly take necessary action for getting the ESIC Payment receipt Challan as early as possible.
