Billdesk — transaction failed after deducting 500 when pre booking jio phone

When i tried to pre book jio phone on august 24th 2017. The money was deducted from the debit card account but the transaction failed. After the transaction failure message i did not get any notification from jio about the transaction reversal. No mails or smss. Also i am not finding any options to file complaint regarding this on jio website. Please help

Updated by mail2shekar.b I got a reply for the complaint from consumerhelpline.gov.[protected]@gmail.com asking for my contact number, card number and Val date. I suspect this is from hackers.
