[Resolved] Billdesk — Transaction failed (twice) but amount debited from my account (twice). | |||
Hi! I am Mala, Mobile no [protected]. I tried paying my car insurance premium (Royal Sundaram) through my IOB debit card ( Anna Nagar branch, Chennai ). Both the times I tried I got a message saying transaction failed but the amount has been debited to my account. The transaction happened on 24th December and when I enquired the bank they said to give it another 3 to 4 days time and the transaction will be automatically credited back to my account. But this has not happened yet and I was asked by my bank to lodge an online complaint with you. Kindly get back to me and resolve the issue. Thanks Was this information helpful? | |||
