Billdesk — Transaction success on BHIM, but failed at billdesk

I paid my citibank credit card bill on 7th mar 21 at 0758 hrs.

UPI id- [protected]@upi

Transaction ID- (UPI Ref ID):[protected]

Amount- 11000 INR.
The amount is not credited in cc account but debited from my saving Bank account.

Please do the needful.
