Billdesk — transaction successful on bhim app but not received by the lic | |
Respected sir/madam, I tried renewal of my lic policy through your online portal through billdesk gateway. I scanned qr code that was displayed and made payment through bhim upi. The bhim upi app is showing transaction as successful but the renewal is not reflecting at lic website Name: arun kumar telang Transaction id:[protected] Policy no.:[protected] and[protected] Date of transaction: 14/07/2020 Time of transaction: 18:23:37 Amount: rs. 3876 only Beneficiary upi address: lic.
