Billdesk — transaction successful on bhim app but not received by the lic

Respected sir/madam,
I tried renewal of my lic policy through your online portal through billdesk gateway. I scanned qr code that was displayed and made payment through bhim upi. The bhim upi app is showing transaction as successful but the renewal is not reflecting at lic website
