Billdesk — Unable to make an nps payment using billdesk at protean

Sorry we are uable to process your request right now - Invalid merchant details (ERRP004).
The above is the error message, that I get when I try to use the Billdesk payment gateway for Tier I NPS payments using Protean at https://cra-nsdl.com/CRA
It is not working for my PRAN but working for my brother's PRAN, so i'm not sure what the issue is
