Billdesk Util — Unsuccessful recharge of JIO 303 plan, still amount is deducted from my Paytm account

I have contacted paytm for incomplete transaction about my jio summer surprise offer of Rs 303 recharge but they have told to contact you. My transaction for JIO recharge has not been done but Rs. 309 has been deducted from my wallet but it has not reached to JIO . I recharged on 18th April 4:33 pm, and it was confirmed that Rs 303 was deducted from my Paytm account and given to BILLDESK util. I want the refund immediately. My JIO number is [protected] .
