Billdeskutil — Balance not received by jio but balance is cut

I had reachrged my jio no. Through myjio app using paytm option. I recharged for 402/- for jio prime and and 303/- for summer surprise offer but yet now didn't recived that amount on my jio no. 402 /- has been paid to billdeskutil but my jio no. Didn't got any rechargei contacted paytm customer care but they said payment done to billdeskutil so pleasesolve this problem
