Billdeskutil — jio not showing recharge

I am a prime member of jio, i had recharge my jio no [protected] on 24 th september 2017 through my paytm, although amount was deducted from my paytm balance but jio was not showing any recharge, this is not good, kindly resolve this issue and refund the amount in my paytm balance or recharge my number so that i can continue my jio services.
