Billdeskutil — Money deducted recharge unsuccessful

My self hemanth bammidi.I have recharged 309 rs on April 15th at time 8:55 pm to jio costumer care for summer surprise . In my accoumt money was deducted but recharge was unsuccessful. Immediately i want back to my wallet my jio number [protected] and my paytm no [protected]
I send image which came to my mail. I am un sastsfied and my bulidsktil transcrion id [protected]

Updated by Hemanth000 I have got call alerdy from bulidsktil but i am not satsified i need reply immediately . I am having mail what u sent to me
