I have contacted paytm for incomplete transaction about my JIO PRIME membership and Rs 303 recharge but they have told to contact you. My transaction for JIO membership has not been done . Rs. 402 has been deducted from my wallet but it has not been reached to JIO . I am trying since 7th April but still the transaction has not been completed. I want the refund immediately.
