Bima Lokpal — bike insurance claim settlement

I have done my insurance from obc. But on 04/06/2015 my vehicle (Motorcycle) has been lost. I have already informed at toll free no. [protected] on 04/06/2015 & 08/06/2015. I received ur contact no. & name also from toll free no. The police took my f. I. R. On 07/06/2015.
