On dated 21.08.2017 my car (Maruti Swift VDi white Colour R14 CZ 7520 zero deft insuraned by HDFC EGRO ) damage in road accented. after that we call in in insurance company for clam then the surveyor (Nitin bhatt) come do his work. he did not do his work.after that we call again niittin bhatt the he sed to me it is not possibly to full clame of your car damage bicoze the damege is not related of the 21.08.2017's accedent. but i sed iit is wrong the damege related to the accedent bt he dint aggrey

and pass only 80% of clame balance 20 % amount pay be me to maruti suzuki autthorzed service center
