I have got phone call from bima lokpal complain deptt by payal gupta from fhone no [protected], [protected] regarding cancellation of my previous various insurance policies and refund me the amount already invested she connect me mr. Abhisek bajaj then bajaj connect to mr. Dipak srivastav of lokpal. The mail come to my email is

We are glad to inform you that behalf of your complaint, organization seems has been fully approved based on your complaint number (Bm9609d).
Kindly submit your documents and pendency 23% then company releasing your amount.9, 49, 999.00 and inform your rm (Relationship manager) as soon as possible.
