My name is "rajesh mulchandani" i am having an health insurance policy from united india (Policy no. [protected]p[protected] due date was 10/09/2017 and i have made online payment with transaction id (Gc[protected] on 9th of september 2017 through net-banking and amount also deducted from bank account. But i have not received any confirmation from the company and when i was visited in local office they are not able to update status for the same and asking me wait till they get any update for the same. And i have also personally met with grievance officer mr sandeep patil "assistant manager" he has also given me assurance that we will resolve this issue asap.
