Birla Sun Life — Policy number[protected]

Sir/ Madam,
I had requested senior manager Jitendra Yadav and his assistant Ajit Yadav that since my ABSLI policy[protected] was maturing in Feb 2025, I need the money to be credited to my account. But Jitendra Yadav claimed that he will invest the maturity money in Adity Birla SIP so that I do not have to pay any extra premiums or amount as I do not have an income at present.
But after a few days I realized that he had invested that amount in another insurance plan . I told him to cancel it but received no response from his end. I have not received any originals of the new policy. I have been regularly following up with Jitendra Yadav and he has been giving multiple excuses. On visiting the Goregaon branch of Aditya Birla this week, I realised that Jitendra Yadav and his team was thrown out of the company last year and so he no longer works for Aditya Birla. The premium amount for this year has been auto debited from my account. On realising it, I have stopped auto debit payments for the future deductions as I’m not capable of paying premiums.
On visiting the office I was also told that the policy cannot be cancelled and money cannot be withdrawn. Also since I’ll not be able to pay premiums I will not receive any interests on the premiums debited.
