i have purchased Z10 on may 26 2014, since then there was problem in sound have deposited to service center on 28 May 2014, again there was problem in heating, battery, signal and booting, it takes a lot of time in starting, a lot of fluctuation in signal strenghth, i have deposited my set thrice since i have purchased . again it is lying with the service center team JOB SHEET NUMBER- [protected]. they are saying it is with high level team and will get repaired. i have written many mail to there management but have not got any satisfactory revert . i dont want any further repair i need my money back, i am going through a lot of mental pain due to defective product of Blackberry which is sold to me.
