Always been a big Blackberry fan! After getting my new z10 nothing but problems! Miss half my calls, have to reboot consistently just not happy with the new Z10. I have had a blackberry for 11 years and very loyal to Blackberry! After this purchase am advising people to switch to an Iphone 5! There is no support with Blackberry customer service!!!
