Cannot download the Chicago Bears app and the ESPN app downloads but then unable to access it - just about to trade in this Blackberry - had no idea is was so obsolete!
Also the touch is at times so sensitive that it flies to another screen and other times doesn't want to move at all.
Crazy - not sure I am keeping the device....

Always been a big Blackberry fan! After getting my new z10 nothing but problems! Miss half my calls, have to reboot consistently just not happy with the new Z10. I have had a blackberry for 11 years and very loyal to Blackberry! After this purchase am advising people to switch to an Iphone 5! There is no support with Blackberry customer service!!!...
