Blackberry z10 — store have sold me faulty pc

This regarding i had purchased Blackberry Z10 mobile phone worth rs 18000- from Online www.themobilestore.in dtd -30.03.2014, Order no[protected], they have sold me faulty pc, the mobile is getting hot after using only 3-4 hours and also battery is getting discharged in 3 hour, i need to charge 2-3 times daily, I had called couple of time to mobile store helpline number[protected], they are not ready to help me with this complain as phone is under warranty period of 1 year after purchase and also lodge complaint with blackberry customer care they are asking to contact the dealer from where i purchased, I dont understand after purchasing such an expensive phone i have to face this type of service from Branded company, i need refund or replacement of this handset, through this complaint I hope to get justice on the same .
