Blackox Global — Led TV warranty

I purchased a Black OX led TV 32VF3202 model on Nov 2017through Amazon it was under 5 yr warranty but yesterday(27/06/2020) it was not working so tried to contact their toll free no[protected] which was given in the invoice but they told me to contact another number jeeves because they told jevees is looking after warranty products so i contacted them but they asked me to provide extended warranty plan id no it was not given to me by amazon or JB marketing. so now i am not able to do service under warranty. Even a service center name is published in Blackoxglobal site i had tried in that also but they also told now they are not looking black ox company, Now what can i do ? what should i do ?
