Blackox Global — television service and support issue

Black ox seems to be a fake company:
• black ox don't have their own customer care or service in india. They are operating via third party vendor (Jeeves and divine digital).
• response and support from the third party vendor is very poor. Very poor service support.
• all the brand/branch managers in india will never pick you call.

• if any parts needs to be replaced, then it will undergo 15 days of buying process.
No mail communication or updated will provided.

Issue: the back light of the television display is damaged.

I have purchased this black ox 80cm (32 inches) full hd smart led tv 32lxf3202 television from amazon on 27 june 2019 and got delivered on 02 jul 2019. Installation of the television was completed on 7 july 2019.
It was working fine for 30 days, all of a sudden, the display of the television went off (Note : i am living in a community apartment with 24/7 power backup) i have reported the issue ticket id-9h2-34339basc[protected] to the customer care on 2 august 2019, on the same day the executive attended the issue. The executive has informed me that, the back light of the display went off and he is going to replace it with new one, since my product is under waranty.
Since its one month o[censored]se the television got this issue. So i asked for the replacement. But till today[protected] not getting proper response from customer care. They wont update me with the status through mail or sms. Every-time i have to call them to get the status. Still today there is no improvement and the customer care executive has requested me talk with their manager. But they wont pick the call. Even though they pick the call, they wont come back.

I am writing this review on[protected] and my issue is reported to the black ox customer care on 2 august. Still i don't have any update.
Also from 9-9-2019, i am not able to reach the customer care itself. Yet the brand managers are not to picking the call.

I dont know, what to do
Seller amazon will not support me on returning the television
Manufacture service and support is not available.

me also same issue i am not able to contact there customer care. i also don't know what to do still its in under warranty period
