I purchased a Black OX led TV 32VF3202 model on Nov 2017through Amazon it was under 5 yr warranty but yesterday(27/06/2020) it was not working so tried to contact their toll free no[protected] which was given in the invoice but they told me to contact another number jeeves because they told jevees is looking after warranty products so i contacted them but they asked me to provide extended warranty plan id no it was not given to me by amazon...

Black ox seems to be a fake company:
• black ox don't have their own customer care or service in india. They are operating via third party vendor (Jeeves and divine digital).
• response and support from the third party vendor is very poor. Very poor service support.
• all the brand/branch managers in india will never pick you call.
